At Venus International Trading, we begin sourcing materials and scheduling production immediately after payment confirmation. Therefore, cancellations are subject to the following policy.
Because our genuine leather and PU leather products (bags, belts, and wallets) enter production or raw material sourcing immediately after payment confirmation, strict limitations apply to order cancellations.

If a cancellation request is received within 48 hours of payment clearance and before raw materials have been cut or processed, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% administrative and payment processing fee.
Once raw materials have been allocated or production has commenced (after 48 hours from payment), orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
The buyer's 50% advance payment will be forfeited to cover specialized raw material procurement and labor costs.
Our standard production timeline is 30 to 45 calendar days.
If Venus International Trading experiences an unavoidable delay extending beyond 60 calendar days from payment clearance (excluding delays caused by Force Majeure events, customs hold-ups, or buyer documentation delays), the buyer may request:

In such circumstances, production timelines will be reasonably extended, and immediate cancellations or refunds will not be granted solely due to these events.
